Looking for a breakfast that will put a smile on everyone's face? You need to make this adorable Easter Bunny Toast!
Let's face it…mornings can be rough! Getting your kids up, ready and out the door can be a challenge. And finding a healthy breakfast that will put a smile on your kids face may seem as challenging as pulling a rabbit out of a hat…but I've got the solution!
And that solution is a rabbit…but not one that you have to pull out of a hat. This little bunny is made from an ordinary piece of toast.
This bunny toast is soooo cute and it's easy enough that your kids can make it all by themselves.
It's the perfect breakfast to kick off your Easter Celebration, but it's easy enough to make to surprise your kids on an ordinary school morning.
And while this Easter treat will most likely be served for breakfast, it also makes a great snack. It's a great way to make a memorable snack or treat that your kids will remember for years to come.
Bunny Toast Ingredients
- 1 Slice of Bread
- 1 Banana
- 2 Blueberries
- 2 Strawberries
- Cream Cheese
Start off by toasting your slice of bread.
Next, completely cover one side of your slice of toast in cream cheese.
Using a large round cookie cutter, cut your cream cheese covered toast into a circle. If you don't have a circle cookie cutter, you can use a glass or cup from your cupboard. You could even use an english muffin to get the round shape without any cutting.
Cut your banana in half lengthways and then cut in half the other way.
Place two banana halves onto the toasted bread to create bunny ears.
Remove the green stem from one of your strawberries, then cut the strawberry in half.
Place one half on each of the banana half’s to create the pink part of the bunny ear.
Take two blueberries and stick them on your toasted bread to create bunny eyes.
Take the remaining strawberry and cut the tip of it off to create a bunny nose.
Use the rest of your banana to make little bunny whiskers.
Congratulations! You have the cutest breakfast that everybunny is going to love!
