Halloween is the time for lots of sugary sweetness, especially of the creepy, or scary variety. This cookie dip is particularly eerie…or should we say eye-ree! {Sometimes I can't help myself} 🤦🏼‍♀️

This Halloween treat is puts a spooky twist on the traditional cake batter dip recipe. Kids and adults alike will love dunking vanilla wafers, graham crackers, sugar cookies, or any other small cookies into a green sea of floating eyes.

If you use animal crackers for dipping, it taste just like the old Dunkaroos from way back when.

The Halloween Eye Dunkaroo Dip uses Cool Whip, cream cheese, and yellow cake mix to get the perfect consistency and flavor! And while I love the green color, you could mix it up by using another color food coloring.

You can even top your dips with a variety of Halloween sprinkles. You can add to the visual appeal by making stiff peaks out of the dip before scattering the eyes.

8oz Whipped Topping
15oz Box Yellow Cake Mix
8oz Cream Cheese
Candy Eyeballs
Green Food Coloring
Cookies or Graham Crackers (For Dunking)

How To Make Halloween Dunkaroo Dip

In a large bowl, combine whipped topping, cream cheese & cake mix.

You can use a rubber spatula to mix this, but I think it's easier with a stand mixer, hand mixer or electric mixer.

Add your green food coloring & mix.

Sprinkle away with candy eyes.

Serve with cookies and dunk away!!
