It's that time of year where pumpkin is taking center stage! And I know you are going to absolutely love this Air Fryer Pumpkin Dessert!

Whenever I make a new recipe, I never know what to call it. The best way to describe these amazing balls of pumpkin-y goodness is a cross between pumpkin-filled donut holes and pumpkin turnovers.
No matter what you call it, if you're looking for a creamy, pumpkin-y dessert that will wow your tastebuds, this pumpkin dessert is absolutely amazing! The ingredients you'll need are pretty simple and you can make this yummy dessert in very little time!
Pumpkin Dessert Ingredients

When I originally made this recipe, I used canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, milk, and egg for the filling. I recently realized that I had canned pumpkin pie mix not canned pumpkin and decided to replace the canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice with canned pumpkin pie mix. It worked out perfectly. So feel free to do it either way.
- 1 Package Crescent Rolls
- 15oz Canned Pumpkin*
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- Cooking Spray (Not a fan of cooking spray? Use one of these instead and fill with your favorite oil)
- Frosting or glaze – These photos are shown with a powdered sugar and milk glaze which was good, but it was over the top delicious with cream cheese frosting which I melted and drizzled on top!
*You can replace the canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice with canned pumpkin pie mix.
Place canned pumpkin in a mixing bowl.

Add pumpkin spice, egg & milk and mix well!

Unroll the Crescent Rolls on a non-stick surface then place a teaspoon of pumpkin filling on each crescent roll. Parchment paper or silicone mats are my go-to non-stick surfaces.

Fold corners over pumpkin mix and roll into a ball.

Place on air fryer rack and lightly spray with cooking spray.

Air fry for 12 minutes at 360 degrees then remove from the air fryer.
Add icing liberally! You can make an easy icing out of powdered sugar and milk (which I used in these pictures) or you can use canned frosting that you have on hand and melt some and drizzle it on top (which I did when I was feeling lazy and just serving to my family). I think these are totally delicious with cream cheese frosting on them!

Enjoy!!!
