21 Day Fix – The infomercial for this plays frequently at 5:30 am while I'm at the gym and I really want to try it!
Insanity – This is seriously one of the hardest workouts I've ever done, but I started seeing results within days of starting. Unfortunately, I never got to finish thanks to a bout of debilitating vertigo that lasted over 6 months and caused me to gain 100 pounds!
PiYo – This is another program I'd love to try! It's low impact and I think it would be perfect for helping me shape up without aggravating my lupus!
Fitbit Flex or Fitbit Charge: I have the Fitbit Flex and love it although I'm seriously considering upgrading to the Fitbit Charge because of the extra features.
