- 10 cups popped popcorn {If you're making popcorn on your stovetop, Instant Pot, air popper or popcorn machine, you'll want to use 1/3 cup unpopped kernels. If you're using microwave popcorn, a typical 3.2 oz bag contains roughly 10 cups of popcorn.}
- 3/4 cup pink chocolate candy melts
- 1/4 cup white chocolate candy melts or almond bark
- 1/4 cup red candy melts
- Valentines sprinkles
Easy Valentine's Day Popcorn Recipe
Pop up a big batch of popcorn and then remove any uncooked kernels. Place the popcorn in a large bowl or spread your popcorn on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper.
Next, you'll want to melt your pink candy melts in the microwave on medium heat in 30-second increments until fully melted. This typically takes around 2 minutes.
When your pink candy melts are fully melted, spoon or pour the chocolate mixture over your popcorn then toss until the popcorn is covered.
Let your popcorn sit for 10 -15 minutes.
Add white and red candy melts to separate piping bags then heat one color at a time in 30 second increments. Massage the chocolate after melting to make sure your chocolate is fully melted.
