Over the past few months, we've talked about lots of different decorating projects and tips. But today I want to hear from you…what have YOU done lately to beautify your home and life? What have you added, changed or transformed that makes your house a better place to come home to?
And just to be nice, I'll go first:) I recently decided the wall adjacent to my staircase needed some art, but like always, there was no funds to buy fancy matching frames or large artwork. So I looked around my house and used picture frames I had on hand, the lid to a wicker basket, and a leather tray that I lined with wallpaper. The only things I had to buy were a few new black and white prints (for 40% off at Walgreens) and the FAMILY plaque for $4.99 at TJ Maxx. Altogether this wall cost under $10.
