Looking for some printable Thanksgiving coloring pages to keep the kids occupied while you prepare dinner? You’re going to love these Turkey Coloring Pages.
I absolutely love Thanksgiving! It’s a great time to gather with family and eat lots of yummy food! But I’d be lying if I told you it was always a stress-free holiday.
Sometimes the kids are so excited about all the food that they can barely stay out of the kitchen for more than a minute!
Since we tend to eat Thanksgiving mid-afternoon, I try to whip up something fabulous like these homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Then I try to provide the kids with some fun things to do while we make food like crazy and make sure our house is company-ready.
If you have older kids, you can have them make some Oreo Turkeys or some Rice Krispy Treat Turkeys. And if you have younger kids (or you just want everyone OUT of the kitchen), you can have them spend some time with these fun turkey coloring pages.
There are 10 printable Thanksgiving Coloring Pages in this pack. Five of the pages are turkeys with a background scene and five contain turkeys in a paisley coloring frame.
You can print the whole file off at once or just choose a page or 2. If you plan on printing lots of coloring pages at home, you may want to consider a laser jet printer. It’s so much cheaper to print with one.
While I love coloring with crayons, my preferred method of coloring is with colored pencils. It’s so much easier to color in those smaller areas…especially words.
You can use any colored pencils, but my favorites by far are these colored pencils. They’re more expensive, but they color amazingly and they last a lot longer than regular colored pencils.
If you have little kids who will be coloring, I recently discovered these awesome colored pencils for kids. They’re very similar to the ones I love, but they’re a lot cheaper.
