Do you want to build a snowman? {Did you sing that last line?} Do you have a Frozen fan in your house? If so, you're going to LOVE these adorable Olaf cookies! They are seriously easy to make and let's face it, they're as cute as can be!!!

If you've been reading this blog for any length of time, you know I'm all about making fun and easy treats with my kids. The great thing about these Olaf Cookies is that the “cookies” are already made…they're Nutterbutters. You're just decorating them to make them look like Olaf.
Here's what you'll need to make your Olaf Cookies
Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, 12-Pack Box (Pack of 4)Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers – 2lbs
Wilton Candy Eyeballs,0.88 Ounce,Count of 50
Mike&Ike Original
Wilton Black Cookie icing-dispenser, 10 Ounce
Rachael Ray Oven Lovin' Nonstick Bakeware 3-Piece Baking and Cookie Pan Set
Kirkland Signature Non Stick Parchment Paper, 205 sqft
- 1 package of Nutter Butters
- 1 bag of Ghiradelli white chocolate melting wafers
- 1 package of large edible eyeballs
- 2 boxes of Mike and Ike’s
- 1 tube of black cookie icing
- Cookie sheet
- Parchment paper
- Double boiler
- Using a double boiler or the microwave, melt your white chocolate.
- Cut orange Mike and Ikes in half. You will use the pointy part of the Mike and Ike for the nose later.
- Once chocolate is melted drop a nutterbutter into the melted chocolate, using a fork flip the cookie over so that both sides get coated.
- Pick up the cookie and lightly tap the edge on the pot to get the excess chocolate off.
- Place dipped cookie onto the parchment paper.
- Place two eyes in the upper part of the cookie & place the orange Mike and Ike in the middle of the cookie slightly under the eyes.
- Let cookie dry for 30 minutes before piping on his mouth, eye brows and hair.
- You can either use leftover white chocolate for his teeth or you can use a piece of gum like this.
- Repeat the above steps with remaining cookies until all white chocolate has been used.
- Let cookies harden for 1 hour before serving.
