If you're looking for the best fluoride free toothpaste brands, you've come to the right place!
Five years ago, our family made the decision to cut fluoride out of our life. I had been dealing with a host of health problems and we found out that many of them were linked to fluoride consumption. While we weren't sure if fluoride was causing my issues, we decided to make some changes. We stopped using fluoride toothpaste. We also stopped drinking fluoridated water.
When we originally started looking for fluoride free toothpaste, we struggled to find one we liked. Now, five years later, we've tried and tested a variety and can easily share our favorites!
