This Air Fryer Blueberry Dessert Recipe is so yummy and delicious, you won't believe how easy it is to make. The ingredients are simple and the prep time is minimal!

I love to experiment in the kitchen and am always on the hunt for something I can whip up that's extremely easy and tasty, but that will wow my friends and family! This Blueberry Dessert recipe is one of those recipes.
I wasn't sure if I should call it blueberry surprise or blueberry stuffed donuts or blueberry popovers. All I know is that it's a ball of blueberry goodness!
And the best part is that it is super easy to make! You only need 4 ingredients.
Plus, this recipe can be made in under 15 minutes…and 10 of that is cook time!
Air Fryer Blueberry Dessert Ingredients

- Crescent Rolls
- Blueberry Pie Filling
- Powdered Sugar
- Cooking Spray (Not a fan of cooking spray? Use one of these instead and fill with your favorite oil)
How To Make This Yummy Air Fryer Blueberry Dessert
Unroll the Crescent Rolls on a non-stick surface. Parchment paper or silicone mats are my go-to non-stick surfaces. I recently got this Rae Dunn silicone mat and I am seriously obsessed. I was already obsessed with Rae Dunn before, but this is my new favorite.

Place a teaspoon of blueberry pie filling on each crescent roll.

Roll your crescent rolls into a ball. I find it's easiest to fold the crescent roll dough over the pie filling to seal it before rolling to keep from making a mess.

Place your crescent roll balls on the air fryer rack and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Air fry for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove your blueberry filled balls of yumminess from your air fryer and roll them in powdered sugar.

Pretend you've spent hours making these delightful treats and then serve them up to your family and friends!
