Crumbl Cookie Lovers…this is your lucky day! Today I'm sharing an Easy Copycat Crumbl Sugar Cookie Recipe with you!
When I originally created and shared this Crumbl cookie recipe with you, Crumbl had these amazing Chilled Sugar Cookies as one of the staples on their menu. You could grab them every time you went to the cookie shop {and I know lots of you did just that}.
Unfortunately, this has been added back into their rotation which means that your craving is not just a quick hop, skip and a jump away. Thankfully, you can make these yummy cookies at home now!
If you're on social media at all, chances are good you've seen someone waxing poetic about Crumbl Cookies…and there is a good reason for that. Crumbl makes amazingly delicious cookies!
I love to bake, so I'm not usually super impressed with most bakeries, but this little cookie shop was quite impressive.
As soon as I tried Crumbl cookies, I knew I'd try making some Crumbl copycats. Their large cookies are so tasty! It took some experimenting, but I think this Crumbl copycat recipe is as good as the real deal!
If you've never tried Crumbl Chilled Sugar Cookies, you're in for a treat. Crumbl makes giant cookies and this buttery sugar cookie has a little bit of almond flavor to it. Some people think the best part is the pink icing, but I think it's hard to choose a favorite part.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.
Cream butter, cream cheese and granulated sugar for 5-6 minutes or until your mixture is super fluffy.
Add in eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract and almond extract and beat until well incorporated. It will look like cake batter at this point, but don't despair. Once you add the flour and other dry ingredients, it will look much more like cookie dough.
Add in the rest of your dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt) and mix well.
Use a large cookie scoop or ice cream scoop to scoop cookie dough into 16 scoops.
If your scoops create nice and evenly rounded dough balls, you can just press them down until they're about 1/4″ thick.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest on the baking sheets for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, transfer them from the baking sheet to a wire cooling rack to let them finish cooling.

How To Make Almond Buttercream Frosting
While your cookies are baking and cooling, you can make your frosting. Crumbl uses an almond buttercream frosting on their sugar cookies.
Put your room temperature butter into a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until smooth. I like to use a stand mixer for this, but you could use an electric hand mixer if you prefer.
Add in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract and 1 tablespoon of milk. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. If your frosting isn't smooth, add another tablespoon of milk and beat on high for 4 minutes.
If you're using pink food coloring, add it now and then mix for another minute.
Spread the icing on top of the cookies.
Let them chill in the fridge…then serve and enjoy!
