It may seem challenging to give thanks in all circumstances, but there are always things we can be grateful for.
I start each day by spending time reading my Bible and then I use this book to record 10 things I'm grateful for. Writing down the things you are grateful for (both little things and big things) is a simple way to focus on the positive instead of being mired in negativity.
While I think you get the best results from practicing gratitude all year long, the Thanksgiving season is the perfect time to start a gratitude practice. So I thought I'd share these Gratitude Coloring Pages that include Bible verses.
I love to color. It's a great way to relax and relieve stress. I'll often print off fun coloring pages for the twins and then we'll all sit at the table coloring.
Sometimes we'll sit at the table and chat while we color. Other times, they'll listen to music while I listen to an audiobook. Even when we're not chatting, it's fun just being together.
One of my favorite thing about Bible verse coloring pages is that they point me to the truth of God's Word. These particular Scripture coloring pages are focused on gratitude. And I can always use a reminder that even in the midst of hard times, there is always something to be thankful for.

You can color these adult coloring pages with markers, crayons, or colored pencils, but my preferred method of coloring is with colored pencils. It’s so much easier to color in those smaller areas.
You can use any colored pencils, but my favorites by far are these colored pencils. They’re more expensive, but they color amazingly and they last a lot longer than regular colored pencils.
