No-Bake Cookies have always been a huge hit at our house. And since they’re easy to make, I made them for my kids pretty regularly. One of the biggest disappointments for the twins about my decision to be “keto-for-life” has been the lack of goodies like No Bake Cookies. So I decided it was time to come up with a Keto No Bake Cookies Recipe. And this one doesn’t disappoint.
These Keto no-bake cookies are a slightly different consistency than my regular no-bake cookies recipe as they don’t have oats in them, but they’re still quite tasty! And they can be made in no time at all.
You only need 5 ingredients to whip up these cookies! So what are you waiting for? Let’s make some cookies!
Keto No-Bake Cookie Ingredients
- ¾ cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
How To Make Keto No Bake Cookies
Microwave the butter until fully melted.
Add peanut butter and mix well! You’ll want to mix it until it is smooth with a thin consistency.
Mix in cocoa and powdered sugar until well combined.
Lastly, mix in the coconut.
Using a small scoop, place 12 cookies on your baking sheet.
Place them in the freezer for 10 minutes until they’re solid.
