The last 2 days my workout partner has been on vacation and I didn’t exercise either day (unless you count my walk to the Farmer’s Market this morning). I’m going to have to fess up when I see her tomorrow.
I’ve discovered that I really like having a workout partner. I do better when someone pushes me.
With all that being said, I’m going on vacation next week and my workout partner is heading out of town for 3 weeks which means I seriously needed a plan.
Enter Jillian Michaels. This woman has motivated Biggest Loser contestants to reach their goals for years.
