Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes This is one of the best books I’ve ever read. If you have struggled with finding a fitness routine or if you have health issues, you need to read this book. Not only have I read this book, but I’ve started doing her workouts and I’ve seen amazing results. As someone with multiple health issues including Lupus and thyroid issues, this book has been an answer to prayer!
The Spark: The 28-Day Breakthrough Plan for Losing Weight, Getting Fit, and Transforming Your Life Snag this book during the huge Kindle eBook sale for only $1.99. This is regularly $16.95 for the ebook and $24.95 for the book. I’ve heard great things about this book and downloaded it last week, but haven’t had a chance to read it yet.
The Belly Fat Cure This is another book that I downloaded last week but haven’t had a chance to read. I’ve also heard great things about this book. Make sure to get this during the Kindle eBook sale as it’s only $1.99 instead of $19.95.
