If you’re looking for a way to get your kids engaged and doing chores, you’ll definitely want to check out My Job Chart.  We started using this a few years ago with our older girls and now that they have apps, it’s even better!  You can set up rewards that are age appropriate for your kids or you can choose to give them monetary rewards.

If you’re kids need to learn to clean before you can give them chores, consider Teaching Kids to Clean by Dana White. This e-book contains advice and tools to help you teach your children to clean. Whatever your schedule, whatever the state of your home, you can use these checklists, charts, and ideas as resources to help you in your job as a parent who strives to prepare kids for life.
