Disclosure: I am blessed to be a Family Christian Blogger and as such, I have the opportunity to share cool things with you! In exchange for this post (which I would have written without compensation because I’m really excited about it), I received the opportunity to watch the webcast of this conference. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
As a busy wife and mom, one of the ways I am most refreshed is by gathering with other Christian women who share my heart. I absolutely love to encourage other women and I love to be encouraged by other women. Whether I’m speaking at an event or just attending an event, I leave refreshed and empowered to do what God has called me to do and to not grow weary in this. If you’re a mom, you know exactly how sweet it is when another mom speaks truth to you and encourages you that you’re making a difference and you’re impacting your family for eternity!
If all this sounds amazing, you’ll want to join the women from all over the country who are heading to Monroe, LA for a conference that will do all of these things…encourage, refresh, and speak truth. The conference I’m referring to is the Heart to Home Women’s Conference led by the Women of Duck Commander and author Dr. Joneal Kirby. Not only will you hear from these fabulous women, but you’ll also be blessed to hear from guest speakers like Mary Beth Chapman, wife of Steven Curtis Chapman and Mia Robertson, daughter of Jase and Missy Robertson. There’s even going to be a special appearance by Jace Robertson.
This is one conference I would absolutely LOVE to be a part of. I actually went online and checked out airfare costs, but unfortunately, it’s not in the budget and is more than I have saved up of blow money! For those of you who, like me, are disappointed that they won’t be able to attend, I have good news. They are also offering a chance for you to watch the Heart to Home Conference via simulcast for only $59 for an individual. Your church can even host a simulcast event! How cool is that?
I’m sad I won’t be attending as the relationships that are formed at these conferences are often lifechanging, but I’m glad I’ll be watching via simulcast.
